Our team is responsible for delivering a World Class Global Operations Transformation into Worldpay, including functions of Integration and Colleague Strategy. We offer significant benefit delivery through integrated performance across revenue, cost and risk.
We create a continuous improvement culture delivering benefit through application of Lean, Six Sigma and Total Quality Management tools. Through coaching we ensure the best engagement frameworks are in place with our Business Partners to facilitate the improvement for our UK Operations core processes and the delivery of analytical insight for the frontline.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
As a Senior Process Optimisation Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving process improvement to add efficiency, which will impact revenue growth and reduce cost. You will transform how we interact with our customers by identifying, testing and implementing new ideas and processes. Using analytical insights and innovation you will create, simplify and deliver processes that will enhance the customer experience across Community Banking channels. You will need to influence Senior Leadership decisions (including MD level) through formal presentations of projects or analytical findings and proposed business cases. Using cause and effect analysis to help predict and drive improvements you will work closely alongside Senior Leadership teams presenting analytical findings and business cases to influence their decision-making.

What will make you the ideal candidate?
You will have a proven track record in working across multiple Channels of delivery within a service environment and working as part of a virtual team. You need to be confident working with varied stakeholders up to exec level at Senior Leadership or ExCo meetings. You will be adept at responding to challenges about performance and articulating plans and proposals to drive performance. Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred. You will ideally be Six Sigma Black/Green Belt trained. Any understanding of products and services in the Payments industry will also be advantageous. You need to have well-developed influencing and negotiation skills to ensure effective outcomes when working with stakeholders. For example, negotiating the piloting or testing of new process ideas in frontline with Senior Business Leaders. You need to be an excellent communicator and have a good understanding of the link between beliefs, behaviours and exceptional performance
