Network Support Engineer

Why is our Global Network Support Engineer role the next step for you?
Global Network Engineer Work as part of the Global Network Operations Support team to ensure SLA (Service Level Agreements) are met through daily reporting and team engagement.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
Global Network Engineer will be Responsible in Reviewing Infrastructure Configurations to drive stability. Global Support engineer will Work with the Network Service Manager to drive performance from Vendors.

What will make you the ideal candidate?
Key Purpose of the role
  • Be a Global Network Operations Engineer
  • Drive Global Network performance
  • Drive Global Network Stability
  • Deliver support within Business SLAs
  • Deliver compliance for internal Network Service Management Processes.

Technical Skills Required
  • Essential Certification - CCNA
  • Preferable Certifications - CCNP, CCIE etc.
  • Experience of Firewall troubleshooting
  • Experience of F5 troubleshooting
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively 
  • Ability to manage workloads to achieve targets
  • Ability to show knowledge of Network Technical understanding.
  • Ready to work in 24X7 shifts to provide global network support.
