Why is our analytics & reporting team the next step for you?
The role of Research Analyst carries out all research activity for Worldpay UK, a business unit in Worldpay. They will report to the Head of Market Intelligence for Worldpay and they will have full responsibility for developing briefs for research projects with senior stakeholders, working with agencies to turn those briefs into research projects,
This person would be expected to analyse the results of the research activities. Present these results at key forum and work with the strategy manager to build support for driving change and help the business understand the customer .

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
You will engage with new areas of the business within Worldpay and using a variety of data discovery, analysis and forecasting techniques. You’ll identify opportunities and develop strategies to transform how we use analytics and understanding the functions needs. You will work on how to introduce new data, processes and insight into the department.

To be able to influence the business with recommendations is vital. You’ll review business practices within various departments and analyse their current data, from that you will  build and execute plans on how using data and analytics best practice can drive improvements to business processes and outcomes is key.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
 On a day to day basis the right candidate will be working with stakeholders and Consulting with stakeholders to identify research needs. In your previous experience you’ll have demonstrable experience at developing and delivering research projects, Evaluating research vendors/agencies and make recommendations as well as consulting with research agencies as required. You'll be partnering with the agency to identify the most appropriate research technique. You will be required to present results back to key stakeholders, senior leaders and executives, as well as building long lasting research supplier relationships.
