The Rewards team is at the forefront of our development and growth, making sure that we are competitive and fair in everything we do. The team also works closely to advise all of the rest of HR and Talent Acquisitions on global-scale developments in the talent market.
What will your challenges be, on a day-to-day basis?
One of the major focuses will be on partnering with the HRBPs to make sure that our approach to rewards is innovative and relevant. Your day will also involve a wide variety of tasks including Global Annual merit and bonus reviews, input, and development of the Worldpay Reward policies and also, advocating for those policies with HR and the Line Managers, making sure the rewards strategy is clearly communicated across all teams.
You will also oversee the data, analysis, and insights into the job grading/pricing. For this, you will investigate global sources both internal and external and advise the business of your findings and course of action. You will also oversee the compliance per country with regards to things like Gender Pay for example. Another close partnership will be with Group Finance with whom you will partner on bonus accruals.
This is an incredibly challenging role and for the right person will allow in-depth exposure to Rewards as a function.
What will make you the ideal fit for the team?
For this role, you will need to be a naturally inquisitive and analytical person. As to experience we are looking for someone with a solid understanding of partnering with HR and the business in terms of Reward Analysis and Pay Reviews. Your experience should also include job evaluation, Annual Pay reviews (ideally multi-country/global) and drafting Reward policies. Strong Excel skills are required for this position and building close relationships with various teams across the business will be an absolute must have.
