Worldpay is looking for a dynamic QA manager responsible for managing multiple QA teams and supporting global delivery for complex payment solutions.
How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
You will be responsible for defining and implementing the quality assurance and testing policy, strategy, roadmap and resource requirements – which includes System Test, System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test and Quality Assurance for our Worldpay Total Platform. You will be responsible for increasing the overall quality of testing, leading to a reduction in number of production issues as a result of delivering change, as well as implement an effective Defect Management process.
.What will make you the ideal candidate?
Key to the role is to identify and drive improvements to the test processes and deliverables, You will produce test approaches and strategy including production of test timelines, and report on testing deliverables and test status including remedial action.
You will have extensive experience in software testing and working in Agile environments, using Agile testing methods like BDD and Exploratory. You will have experience line managing software testers and leading high performing teams, including setting SMART objectives and coaching people. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proactive approach to problem solving. Experience in Payments or Financial Technology industry is highly advantageous.
