|Why is our Gateway Technical Support Consultant position right for you?
The purpoose of this role is to provide an exceptional standard of Technical support to our customers and colleagues relating to Worldpay Gateways supported by WPUK.
You'll be expected to have excellent, in-depth technical knowledge of all of the WPUK supported Gateways and will ensure this knowledge is constantly up-to-date
You will also be expected to deputise for the Technical Support team manager if required.
What will you be doing on a day to day basis?
Provide expert technical advice and support to Gateway E-commerce customers and prospects.
Advice provided will include in-depth integration instructions for the Gateways and advice as to the best methods of integration to meet the customer’s requirements, all aspects of customisation available on the platforms.
As well as advice on shopping carts and how they can be used and integrated with Worldpay.
To promptly and accurately respond to customer queries by telephone and e-mail within Service Level Agreements.
To be aware of changing technical trends within the payment processing industry as well as wider technical trends such as security, web/browser technologies, mobile technologies.
