What will your challenges be, on day-to-day basis?
Your daily will involve in a wide variety of tasks including things like merit and bonus reviews, job grading and administer our benefits, making sure the schemes are flexible and competitive. Additionally, you will be instrumental in the analytical projects - whether they be to identify and improve processes, increase effectiveness of reward programmes or develop the overall reward capability of the business. Your role will also keep track of and analyse all the current reward payments throughout the year. The role will ultimately be equally split between working on Rewards (50%) and Benefits (50%) projects.
What will make you the ideal fit for the team?
This role will be ideal for someone who has at least 1 year of commercial experience in an analytical role. You will have phenomenal interpersonal skills and be able to articulate well. You have an inquisitive nature and you pay attention to details. We are looking for someone eager to learn and who wants to develop themselves in a company where the Rewards and Benefits contribute strongly to our overall direction.
