You’ll be part of a small Product team that is responsible for our eCommerce products. In today’s digital world this becomes more and more important for our customers, so you will have a big impact and influence. There are many opportunities for further growth & development for this team.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

In this varied role you will work closely with the Product Director, and you’re responsible for delivering our global Acquiring solutions. You will help define the vision and strategy, research and maintain a view of customer needs, market trends and competitive position, consolidate customer- and business requirements, define new product propositions.

You’ll provide cross functional leadership & customer advocacy for new product developments, manage project teams as primary contact with Product Director/VP and Executive Sponsor, deliver against the product roadmap, interpreting the needs of the business into new capabilities, support decision-making and development prioritisation via thorough analysis and recommendations.

As it’s a broad hands-on role you will also be the primary contact with in-depth expertise on the product, delivering training to our sales and technical teams worldwide in regard to our product's technical and commercial capabilities and presenting directly to key prospects when required.

You’ll work closely with the sales & commercial teams and a diverse group of stakeholders from eCommerce, acting as the primary contact with in-depth expertise on the product.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

Ideally you will be degree level educated, coming from a payment and / or card issuing industry. You have commercial experience, gained in a Project, Implementation, Corporate Support or Relationship Management background. You are an influencer with an ability to work across teams with diverse skills (including technology).

In order to be successful in the role you’ll need to be a confident presenter and decision maker. Some flexibility around travelling (10-15%) is needed as you will attend conferences and visit some of our global customers.
