Corporate Support Manager - part time

Based in Gateshead at our Team Valley offices, you will be part of Worldpay’s biggest operations centre. Our Gateshead teams are the frontline when it comes to dealing with our customers and making sure we provide the best levels of service possible. 
 How will you add value on a day-to-day basis? 
A key part of our business is the support that we provide to our corporate customers. Our Corporate Support Managers help these businesses manage their day to day queries, build great relationships and uncover opportunities to add value. You’ll provide dedicated support to large corporate global organisations. You’ll strengthen relationships and help them with a wide range of non-commercial queries, such as: investigating payment & settlement related queries, predominantly to assist the customers with payment rejections, missing payments or reconciliations. You’ll provide proactive and knowledgeable support, acting as a single point of contact for a designated portfolio of corporate clients. This role is PART TIME working Wed, Thurs and Fri 9am till 5pm. 
 What will make you the ideal candidate?
You’ll have experience in a customer/account manager role, where you’ve strengthened relationships and dealt with corporate (B2B) customers. Preferably, you’ll have worked in a role where non-standard financial/technical customer queries were common. Excellent communication skills and experience of financial or payment queries would be beneficial. Because you’ll be working in a vibrant part of the business, we would expect you to bring lots of energy and enthusiasm to the team.
