What does a Qualification Specialist do?
Your role is crucial to the continuing Worldpays growth. We are passionate about technology innovation and our people. As a key member of our sales function you can expect to;
  • Make and receive calls to/from potential customers to have meaningful conversations and educate them on a range of products and services.
  • Provide an exceptional level of service to enhance our customer journey.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to arrange appointments/conversations with various sales departments.
  • Provide ongoing support and share best practice with colleagues to support Worldpays continuous improvement
What will make you the ideal candidate?
Drive and enthusiasm will be key to achieving success in this role. We will give you a comprehensive training program (3 weeks) and ongoing support but you will ideally have experience of dealing with new or existing customers. Experience of a sales or account management role would be beneficial. Your telephone manner will be engaging and your levels of personal motivation high. You will also be able to demonstrate resilience and a results focus and be comfortable working towards targets within a fast paced environment.
