How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
The key purpose of the role is to facilitate the provision of an outstanding customer experience in the delivery of Worldpay technical solutions, minimising the time to live and the time to full volume, and hence maximising the value of commercial opportunities.
The Director of Implementation will provide leadership to a team of client services managers and Technical Consultants to implement Worldpay products to Large Corporate Merchants (£10m per annum). You will also Design, develop, implement and maintain procedures and processes to support the efficient and timely implementation of Corporate merchants, and that Corporate Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) can be met. A key element of the role will be to lead and motivate the Implementation team within the Corporate Operation group and monitor the performance level of the team. You will be responsible managing relationships with key stakeholders in order to identify opportunities for service improvement and ensure commercial viability and customer satisfaction.
The Implementation Director review the structure of the implementation teams and design and action the necessary changes required to implement strategic requirements.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Retail and Hospitality environments. Technical knowledge of payment products would see a smooth transition into this role. Having experience of working with C level representatives of Corporate customers is essential. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who has the ability to make decisions and implement efficiency, forge relationships internally and externally as well as work to tight deadlines in a fast moving environment.
