In Singapore we have our central hub for the Asia Pacific region, where about 50 colleagues are based in an office with great views over the city. How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
In this customer-facing role, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing new integration approaches to help our customers perform better. Running all timelines you’ll use your exceptional project management skills to and experience to work on up to 15 projects at any one time. As a go-to expert, you’ll work directly with the sales team and customers to seamlessly integrate our suite of products. You’ll also plan and deliver customer training on product functionality, to help maximise the value add to their businesses.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
Candidates will need to have a strong implementation and project management background (project management qualification not essential). Evidence of managing multiple, complex projects with external customers will be key, ideally in a technical environment (such as html, xml, software as a service). Confidence, communication and strong customer engagement will be needed in order to manage deadlines and time frames effectively.
