How will you add value?
As a Fraud Analyst you’ll be responsible for the daily monitoring of Merchants activity worldwide completing end to end investigation on cases generated through our fraud monitoring system. The team complete risk reviews of UK merchants ensuring cases are completed within our SLA's.
You will be the first contact point for risk advice, process guidance and system knowledge to both external and internal customers. This is a very collaborative team so communications skills are key in developing and maintaining strong business relationships with our stakeholders. You will be comfortable speaking with merchants and stakeholders on the phone.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
We’re looking for people with experience of financial & risk management preferably in the B-2-B environment. You must have a high standard of written and verbal communication and good attention to detail. You will be a highly motivated, proactive individual able to manage your own workload and take initiative to manage deadlines.
You will have gained some customer service experience and have the confidence and assurance to be able manage difficult conversations with customers.
Ideally you will have an understanding of fraud risk management and some familiarity with other risk types including credit risk, money laundering and compliance.
