|Collections Debt Strategy Analyst|

Here in Manchester Spinningfields our newly created Global Operations division including the Collections and Recoveries team supports our customers if they fall into debt with providing specialist knowledge, skills and processes to resolve the customer’s situation.
This is a newly created role to play a key role in developing Worldpay’s future capabilities supporting the implementation of a new collections system.
How will you contribute on a day-to-day basis?As a Debt Strategy Analyst you will work closely with the Debt Strategy Manager to set up and maintain debt strategies and events within the debt management system. Working collaboratively with departments across the business you explore and identify opportunities to drive change and process improvements finding solutions to technically challenging issues. You will lead on collating relevant data logging any defects to help to deliver changes to functionality and processes.
What will make you the right fit for the team?We are looking for demonstrable experience of using FICO debt manager or a debt management system, DM Pro would be preferred coupled with knowledge of the collections process.
Technically, you will have advance Excel skills and basic SQL is an advantage. To be successful in this role you will need a high level of analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and anomalies and put corrective actions in place. A key must-have for this role is to be able to communicate effectively and simply. This role has a high level of interaction across the business you must be able to demonstrate great stakeholder engagement.
Lastly, you will be organised in your approach with the ability to work as an individual and as a team player.
