To achieve this we aim to reach more customers in more markets, in local language and with local payment options.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
You will be managing accounts in the Travel & Airlines. These will be large enterprise merchants with international presence and some international travel will feature.
In this role you will actively develop long-term partnerships with senior customer contacts and build a deep understanding of their business including their broader 2-3 year business agendas. You will also drive overall relationship health, developing cross-sell opportunities and drive growth by engaging customers, and propel customer advocacy.
You will strengthen your relationship through frequent face to face meetings and provide them with valuable commercial insight that you have developed through collaboration with vertical leads, delivery and product managers. You’ll also influence vertical proposition development internally by capturing feedback on road maps.

What will make you the ideal candidate?
You have solid experience and a strong track record as a Relationship Manager with experience of eCommerce and payments, ideally within the Travel & Airlines space. We are looking for an all-rounder who can manage complex negotiations as well bringing a sensitivity around pricing and competition analysis. Your strong communication skills, business acumen and personal drive will make you successful in this role. You will have gained the experience in working with global clients, where you’ll have adapted a solutions led sales style.
