The Team is responsible for process improvements raised in by the operational teams as well as identifying and driving their own ideas to conclusion to deliver operational efficiency, drive cost savings and/or improving control and de risking processes.
How you will contribute?
This collaborative role involves working closely alongside existing staff members across the board in key areas and functions of our business. You will also acquire specialist knowledge to provide accurate advice and information to both internal and external stakeholders.
You will be required to work with key stakeholders in Operations on process efficiency initiatives across all platforms (NAP, PAP, WPAP, WPG).
Key Responsibilities of the role will include:
You will have proven experience in the development of process improvements and demonstrable experience of stakeholder management. Strong communication skills are essential for this role along with excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for attention to detail. You will thrive in a lively and fast paced results driven environment whilst remaining calm under pressure. A team player who is motivated, organised with a can do attitude who is flexible and committed to deliver within SLA’s and set own goals to improve process efficiencies.
