|Why is our Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager the next step for you? Worldpay’s Compliance Team is part of the Business and Legal Services Group. The Compliance Team has global responsibility for all aspects of regulatory compliance across Worldpay and this includes a number of operational activities which need proactive oversight and management to ensure the success of the Team and helping Worldpay meet its regulatory obligations. How will you add value on a day-to-day basis? In this role you will identify the need for, design and implement compliance programmes across the business in APAC, with a particular focus on payments regulations in Japan and Singapore, making appropriate recommendations. You will also identify, evaluate and review regulatory risks, working with the business and other Group functions to assess and mitigate such risks. A key aspect of the role will be to assist on the interpretation of regulatory rules relevant to Worldpay, making recommendations and working with the business to design and implement procedures to ensure compliance. As well as lead on design, delivery and implementation of business focused compliance training. What will make you the ideal candidate? You will be a senior member of the Global eCom Compliance team, contributing to the leadership of the compliance function as a whole. You will report to the Compliance Director, Global ecommerce in strategic and group compliance initiatives and you will take the lead on Global eCom projects in the APAC region. Demonstrable senior compliance experience (a minimum of 5-12 years’ operating at a senior level) in a JFSA and, ideally, MAS regulated, or similar, business with depth of experience in and understanding of the rules applying to a JFSA regulated business or a similar regulator is essential. You will require significant experience in leading on the design and implementation of compliance programmes in a regulated environment, working with the business to implement and embed the relevant procedures. The ideal candidate will also have experience of developing a new compliance framework and an understanding of risk management. The role requires a fluent Japanese speaker with experience of senior level liaison with Regulators, ideally with international experience.|
