How would you add value on a day to day basis?
Working towards service level targets, you will handle a wide range of queries for all operational aspects of our corporate customers. You will build strong external relationships with their operational contacts as well as internally with our Sales teams who manage our Corporate relationships and other departments who support the end-to-end resolution of the queries.
You are expected to develop a good understanding of your customers, working closely with them and providing prompt, accurate advice to ensure speedy and professional resolutions to issues. You will adhere to standard operating principles and business quality standards, pro-actively seeking appropriate opportunities to generate additional income for Worldpay through cross-selling activities.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
Ideally you will come from a customer service background, and be able to pick up systems quickly. You will have some affinity with technology or payment industry. You will be able to manage your own workload effectively and show evidence of the ability to meet tight deadlines. You are a good team player, have a positive attitude towards you work and colleagues alike, typically 2+ years of related experience. English language skills are required.
