Adding new valued customers on a daily basis, the Credit Team plays a key role evaluating the initial and ongoing credit worthiness of our customers. Helping safeguard our credit exposure and revenue lines whilst protecting and advising our customers in a supportive manner sit at the heart of how our credit team operates.
What will I be doing on a day to day basis?
You will undertake quality credit risk assessments, within agreed service levels, as necessary for potential new Worldpay customers (including applications for increased/additional facilities)
You will also ensure quality credit risk assessments are undertaken on a timely basis on all facilities identified as requiring review as a result of monitoring processes and/or requiring annual review and undertake financial analysis demonstrating both insight and understanding across financial statements and relevant non-financial information
What will make me right for this role?
We are looking for a bright and ambitious individual who wants to further their career and take on additional responsibility. You will have 3+ years’ experience already within Credit Risk in a B2B environment, and will be comfortable being responsible for your own work load while prioritising day to day tasks when needed.
An excellent communicator, you will be comfortable in presenting credit proposals to senior internal stakeholders, and in conducting negotiations with customers at all levels. You will enjoy a challenge and will work well under pressure to strict timelines.
